For this Weaponized Watermelon recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Toss the ingredients together until the watermelon cubes are evenly coated. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the watermelon cubes are beginning to soften and caramelize.
