Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip

This vegan spinach artichoke dip is a delicious and healthy appetizer for any gathering. It features a creamy combination of vegan cream cheese, vegan mayonnaise, and vegan sour cream with spinach, artichokes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.   • 2 cups vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup vegan Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until completely combined. Fold in spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot or cold with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
