  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g. almond, cashew, sunflower seed)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vegan caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt


Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, and maple syrup and mix until everything is fully combined. Press the mixture into the baking pan and press down firmly to form an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In a medium saucepan, melt the vegan butter and add the vegan dark chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled oat layer and spread it evenly. Drizzle the vegan caramel sauce over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
