Vegan Butterbeer Recipe

Vegan Butterbeer is a delicious and creamy alternative to the traditional version of this popular beverage. It is made with a combination of vegan cream, vegan butter, vegan condensed milk, and vegan sugar. This recipe is perfect for vegetarians and vegans who are looking for an alternative to the standard butterbeer. The flavor is sweet and creamy, and the texture is smooth and velvety. It can be served hot or cold, and it’s perfect for a special occasion or just as a treat!

  • 1/4 cup vegan cream
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup vegan sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water

Begin by combining the vegan cream, vegan butter, vegan condensed milk, and vegan sugar in a large saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the butter and sugar have melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Reduce the heat to low and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined, then slowly add the water. Continue to stir until the mixture is thick and creamy. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Once the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve the vegan butterbeer cold in glasses with ice cubes and a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
