  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons vegan margarine
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vegan BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and add the vegan margarine. Toss to coat the wedges evenly with the margarine. Spread the wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, and ground black pepper. Taste and add salt, if desired.

When the fries are done cooking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the BBQ ranch sauce over the fries and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
