For this vegan barbecue, we will be using vegan sausages that are readily available in most supermarkets. To ensure that your vegan sausages are as flavorful as possible, it’s best to use a quality vegan sausage that has been seasoned with flavorful herbs and spices. You can also add your own seasonings to make your vegan sausages even more delicious.
- 8 vegan sausages
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, preheat your grill to a medium-high heat. Then, place the vegan sausages on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the sausages are cooked through. Remove the vegan sausages from the heat and set aside.
Next, in a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, and basil. Mix until all the ingredients are combined. Then, brush the vegan sausages with the olive oil and spice mixture, making sure to coat each one evenly.
Finally, place the coated vegan sausages back on the grill. Cook for an additional 5 minutes per side, or until the sausages are golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
