- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- Oil for deep frying
- In a large bowl, mix together the plain flour, salt and oil. Gradually add the water and mix until the dough comes together. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the potatoes, peas, carrots, and onions. Divide the mixture into 16-20 equal portions.
- Divide the dough into 16-20 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it into a disc. Place one portion of the vegetable mixture in the center of the disc and fold the edges to enclose the filling. Pinch the seams together to seal the filling.
