Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicier version)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the sesame oil, soy sauce, agave syrup, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
