  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, combine the thawed spinach, drained artichoke hearts, minced garlic, vegan mayonnaise, vegan cream cheese, vegan parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
