  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup vegan milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
