Simple Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is a classic condiment that can be used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and vegetables. But, many traditional recipes contain dairy products, making it off limits for vegans and vegetarians. Fortunately, it’s easy to make a delicious vegan version of ranch dressing that is just as creamy and flavorful as the original. This simple vegan ranch dressing is made with just a few ingredients and comes together in minutes. It has a creamy, tangy taste and is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite vegan dishes.

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with your favorite salads, sandwiches, wraps, or vegetables. The dressing will keep for up to one week in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
