Pure CBD Oil To Benefit The Endocannabinoid System

Pure CBD oil has become increasingly popular as a natural remedy, offering many health benefits, including the ability to benefit the endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is a network of receptors and enzymes that help regulate many of the body’s functions, such as appetite, pain, mood, memory, and inflammation. When this system is balanced, the body is able to maintain homeostasis, or a state of equilibrium.

CBD oil is derived from the cannabis plant, but it does not contain any of the psychoactive compounds found in marijuana. As such, it does not produce a “high” but rather delivers the health benefits of the plant without the intoxication. CBD oil also has no known side effects, making it a safe and effective choice for those looking for a natural remedy.

This vegetarian recipe uses pure CBD oil to deliver the many benefits of the endocannabinoid system. It combines the healing power of CBD with the fresh, flavorful ingredients of a delicious meal. The result is a meal that can help to promote overall health and wellbeing.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pure CBD Oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of diced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened. Add the smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring often, for another 2 minutes.

Add the black beans, tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cilantro and quinoa and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the CBD oil and stir to combine.

To serve, divide the quinoa mixture among four bowls. Top with the diced avocado and a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!
