Crispy Baked Potato Recipe


Baked potatoes are a classic dish that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe is a vegan-friendly version that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.   • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, basil, and thyme. Use your hands to mix the potatoes and seasonings together until they are evenly coated.

Bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The potatoes should be golden brown and crispy when they are finished cooking.
