Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed amaranth
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the puffed amaranth, peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, chocolate chips, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until all of the ingredients are combined and a thick paste is created.
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and, using a spatula, spread it out so it is evenly distributed. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
