- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Vegan cheese, to taste
- 4-5 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Grilled Sausage and Pepper Hoagie
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the sausages, bell pepper and onion slices on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping once. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked sausages, bell peppers and onions to the skillet and season with vegan Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are heated through.
To assemble the hoagies, cut the rolls in half and layer the vegan cheese, sausage and pepper mixture on the bottom half. Place the top half of the roll on top and press down lightly. Serve warm.
Garlic Potato Wedges
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and spread the potatoes in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through. The potatoes should be golden brown and crispy when done.
Serve the grilled sausage hoagies with the garlic potato wedges and enjoy!
