Quick vegan salads

Quick and healthy salads are not just a trend, but a necessity in our busy day-to-day life. This salad recipe, which we have named "fool's salad," is perfect for those looking for a nutritious and easy-to-prepare option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 100g of feta cheese
  • Black olives to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash all the vegetables well. Cut the lettuce into large pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Chop the tomatoes and bell pepper into cubes. Grate the carrot. Cut the onion into thin rings.

  2. Mix the vegetables: In a large bowl, mix all the prepared vegetables.

  3. Add the cheese and olives: Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and add the olives.

  4. Dress: Drizzle the salad with extra virgin olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve: Mix everything well and serve immediately.
